In 1986, Otto was one of the first to bring mini storage to his Edmonton community. We built our storage facility, and our business, brick-by-brick. Since then, Minerva Mini Storage has provided high quality, heated & secure mini storage units in the heart of Old Strathcona.
We are easy to get to by foot, bike, or car! We are located in the heart of Strathcona, a heritage district of Edmonton - home to an ever growing array of fine dining, quirky cafes, arts & entertainment, local businesses, and a Farmer's Market! We love our community and have been supporting our neighbouring businesses since day one.

Over 35 years later and we are as passionate about storage and providing top-notch customer service as the day we started! Family has always been at the forefront of our business - Today Otto's daughter runs the day-to-day operations while his granddaughter manages the technical side. You can still find Otto in the office brainstorming innovative ideas, generously supporting his community, and passing down his wisdom to the next generation.
